COOKING - IT'S FOR EVERYONE

I am not my grandmother.  She is a cook.  She can throw down.  She makes people swoon.  I, on the other hand, need Pinterest. I don’t cook like her, but I assemble the ingredients and 95% of the time it is edible and 70% of the time it is delicious!  Don’t let someone else’s kitchen swag intimidate you from cooking. And Christianity isn’t for experts either, just people who are hungry, willing to make mistakes, and unafraid to ask for help.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU WANT TO GIVE UP

Someday you will want to give up.  Maybe that day is today.  Maybe that day is tomorrow.  Maybe it was last month.  The day comes.  And it’s great to do what you can to avoid and prevent that day.  But what about when it is here staring us in the face?  You can call it a personality quirk or whatever, but I feel this way more than what I think is normal. SMALL DECISION - BIG IMPACT

When I gave birth (literally), we moved to a new house.  My oldest was almost three and my youngest (at the time) was one month old.  We were tired.  And we needed to pinch a few pennies if you know what I’m saying!  So, we decided to forego cable.  It was a financial decision, and it changed our life!
